Crop very swollen first thing in the morning — sour crop treatment?

See how it goes in the morning, if she's still pooping normal poops, llthats a hood sign. If the poops turn green, that means nothing is getting through.
It could be a partial obstruction or just slow.
Okay. Sorry, I had a busy day today but this morning her crop was a little smaller, and same thing this evening. I gave her a dish of plain chicken feed along with her water today.
Tomorrow I may give her some coconut oil and/or yogurt to see if I can get things moving through.
It is worrying me a bit that her crop still hasn’t cleared completely. Do you think that

If she can still eat and poop ok, I'd just monitor her. Whatever it is might eventually move.

No change yesterday, but I did get her to eat ~2 teaspoons of coconut oil.
This morning her crop was closer to the size that it was on Monday. I made her a crop bra out of vet wrap to see if it might help and gave her another 1–2 teaspoons of coconut oil along with some damp feed & water. She did a normal poo while I was watching her and then started sunbathing, so she doesn’t seem in pain/uncomfortable, but just isn’t improving.

Oh and I did see her (what I think was) adjusting her crop a couple times.

I fed her a good 2 teaspoons of coconut oil again tonight before bed. Her crop still hasn’t gone down and she threw up on me a little bit as I was giving her the coconut oil (I think that I squeezed her crop accidentally). It wasn’t much, just a little bit of liquid with a few small particles of grain in it on my finger (I was using it to open her mouth), but it smelled a the tiniest bit sour, like moist grain that had been sitting out for a day.

Does anybody think that I should give her crop bound capsule/stool softener? Or would it be better to worm her (as it isn’t hard/impacted)?
TwoCrows’ article did say that the coconut oil may take a few days to work, so it may still fix it, but I just want to do everything that I can to help her get better.

You need to address the crop symptoms and see if you can resolve them before you start using a crop bra.

It can take a week or two sometimes to get the crop functioning well, it's too early to try a bra.

Check her crop first thing in the morning before she's had anything to eat/drink. If the crop is not emptying, then access what it actually feels like and then begin treatment. Coconut oil is a good thing to give along with any of the other treatments.

Be sure she's drinking and eating normally, photos of her poop may be helpful as well.

She's a large bird, so probably eats quite a bit and fills up. I'd leave her with her flock unless she's getting picked on. There's no need to isolate, just pull her aside for daily treatment if needed.

Okay, thank you. I have been checking her crop first thing in the morning for the past three days (when I noticed it Monday morning she was still up on her perch) and it has varied from around the size of a softball to that of a small apple.

She is still drinking well and eating a little. I would like keep her isolated for a bit because I want to be able to monitor her closely at least a little while longer, so I can see how much she’s eating, drinking, pooping, etc and keep her away from stuff that could potentially make it worse. I have been putting her in the coop with the flock at night, though.

This morning she ate another couple teaspoons of coconut oil and I massaged her crop for about 10 minutes afterward. That brought her crop down probably 10%, but it was still apple or medium orange-sized. As I was watching her, she did an odd cough/sneeze thing where she shook her head, make a sneeze-y noise, and opened her mouth, sort of gasping. I have a video but I’m not sure how to attach it.

Here are some photos of her poop:
(not from today though, so I might try to get some fresh pics later)
