She's a one year old sexlink who had an impacted crop back in September. When I realized she was having issues, I would hold her in my arms tipping her over so she could throw up. I was able to get her to vomit up liquid (that didn't stink) a time or 2 later over the next couple of days. She got better and started eating again, but she never truly bounced back. Her crop is big and soft, like it's swollen. She eats and preens her feathers, but she mostly sits and doses. I want to help her, but I don't know how. Any advice is appreciated!

Is she fully emptying her crop at night? Does she ever try rearranging her crop? (This is done when they're jerking their neck to one side.) I don't recommend holding your chicken upside down and forcing them to vomit. They could accidentally inhale their vomit, which can cause more problems.

Your hen may have sour crop. Try giving her some Miconazole twice a day and some melted coconut oil once a day in a syringe for seven days. The Miconazole will take care of the sour crop and the coconut oil will help heal and prevent the impacted crop.

Thank you, yes she does try to rearrange her crop. I didn't know how to describe it. Thanks for the advice, I'd watched a YouTube back in September that recommended the upside down for 20 seconds as I massaged her crop. I haven't done it since then. I I jave coconut oil and I'll get her the miconozole. Thank you so much!
