cross and egg production?

All of the birds you have mentioned have been selected by hatcheries primarily for high egg production, and nothing else. If you cross 2 high producers, you will probably get at least as good, if not better production, from some hybrid vigor, than the parents. You would get best results if you put a Production red male over an EE hen, if high rate of lay is what you want. Any egg layer, or "dual purpose" bird from any hatchery is going to lay PLENTY of eggs, period.
