Flock info-
We have (13) 14 week old pullets (barred rock, red sex linked, and white leg horn) we are integrating another flock of (14) - 6 ameraucanas (8 weeks), (4) black laced wyandotte (6 weeks), and (4) black australorp(6 weeks)

Range/housing
The big girls free range during the day. We leave a covered run and the coop open during the day for them to come and go. The toddlers have been in their brooder in the big girl coop for a couple of weeks and go in the run during the day while the big girls are out doing big girl stuff.

Question -
One of my ameraucanas has a really bad cross beak.(I'll be posting to get some help with that too) She's definitely smaller than the rest but she's the first and last at the feed/waterer and shes been accepted by them. However, I'm trying to integrate the flocks in the run/free ranging but I'm super terrified for Penny. She's slower and gets left behind looking for bugs and the big girls honed right in on her. I've separated her but she's super lonely and won't stop peeping.

What should I do?

Keep her separated with at least to of her friendly mates and offer her food and scrambled eggs with oatmeal in a deeper dish so she will be able to get a fill despite the cross beak.
