cross beak hen

I have a 20 week old EE hen with a very bad cross beak. I thought she was eating, but picked her up today and she has no meat on her. My other hens the same age have some heft to them, is there any way to feed her to get more nourishment in. She seems to scoup the feed from the top of feeder and throws it everywhere. She tries to peck at treats but most not be getting enough.
