Since day 2 that we had this chick, she has had cross beak. We named her Jewel. This is a first for me. I've kept a close eye on her, making sure she can eat and drink, and not get picked on. So far, so good!
Any advice, thoughts, tips, etc?!

Sounds like she's growing and thriving!
Do you ever clean out her beak so food/debris doesn't harden in there?

She really is doing great!
I have not cleaned out her beak...and now that I'm thinking about it, I don't know how I would go about doing that.

I may not need cleaning out, with it packed up she may be able to eat better, but I would worry about that getting soured or food starting to decay - she hasn't had problems so far though, so....it may not be anything to worry with.
