One of my young chickens about 3 months old has a cross beak. She feeds quite well and is gaining weight. I am told that I can cut this beak. I am worried about hurting the bird. Do you think it will grow back straight?

there is a blood vein in the beak just like a dogs toe nail. some can cut but they know what their doing. i never have. i have filed them up some. know this is genetic and dont use her for breeding. if she is eating and drinking good then personally i wouldnt, but you can go to advanced search and type in how to trim a beak. scissor beak
