Cross scissor beak

Our poor little peck peck penny... 7 week old ameraucana has a severe cross beak. She's doing great in her baby flock (14 of them) (hence the name) and we're introducing her to the other big girl flock (13 - 3 month olds). She is smaller and slower than the rest, but they all kind of watch out for her.. and it's almost as if she has the most confidence in the group.

What can I do to help poor Penny? With her beak, eating, and making sure she doesn't get torn to shreds?

Try feeding her mashed or wet food and even dremmel the beak if nessescary. I supplement with Kaytee Exact starter parrot food (powder mix) on occasion.

I try to feed mine by himself but he likes to share lol, its fine if the others have some too, just messy!
