Crossed toes

One of my babies has crossed toes on one foot. He struggels with stability. Anyone successfully try taping or other remedies?

My quail hatched with a foot like that, I cut a piece of cardboard to the size of his foot and taped the toes straight with vet wrap. Straightened them out in a few days.
