I’m trying to say that they’re Easter egger x Easter egger crosses rather than first generation ameraucana crosses. Doesn’t mean they’re any better or worse, just explains the colors they and their offspring have. A lot of them have common EE colorations (except for the splash hen, who does look pure ameraucana). Are you referring to the red rooster in the picture of your flock?
The hens can be considered EE, but I know for sure two of them are cochin and ameracauna cross. The splash hen is pure, shes just a little bareback, the boys like her. IMG_20210501_181323.jpg This is Blue, with the splash hen behind him, and the ameracauna/araucauna cross rooster, sterling in the back. IMG_20210501_181356.jpg Left to right is the black and grey hen, bantam cochin x ameracauna cross and then two BR hens. I'm thinking that the grey and black cross is also cochin bantam cross, she threw a cochin bodied chick that hatched from a green egg

Many of them still look like Easter egger x Easter eggers or Easter egger crosses to me. If you got them from someone who buys and sells a lot of poultry, it’s hard to be certain that they’re first gen ameraucana crosses. Though, seeing that rooster in a different pose does make me think he could be a blue wheaten ameraucana.
If you want, you could post on this thread-

He really does look like it, it took me forever to come across the blue red, although it could've just had been a mislabeled blue wheaten. What would be the expected color of him over the splash? I hatched three eggs from her, and they're feathering out blue looking. I know everyone else in the pen are crosses, and I'm fine with that. I was aiming for colorful chicks and layers and so far I've gotten what I wanted out of them

Assuming he’s blue wheaten, you’ll get blue and splash chicks with some red leakage. They’ll pretty much look like blue/splash copper marans. They could also end up solid blue/splash. If they’re mixed (I don’t think they are, but I could be wrong), then you may get some other colors, such as solid red.
