Is there something somewhere about crossing state lines with poultry? I vaguely remember reading something about being NPIP (???) certified or you can't take/ship live poultry across state line. ??? If I want stock from breeders in the spring, but don't want eggs, I need to know if I can drive to neighboring states to get some chickies.
