Crow collar or say goodbye?

So we hatched some eggs and ended up with 2 roosters. One is very loud and crows all day long. Is the crow collar safe and effective? We would rather not give up our crazy but sweet rooster but when he is this loud and annoying the neighbors the free eggs aren’t enough to keep them happy. Especially this time of year when everyone has turned off their air conditioning and has their windows open. This is not the stress I need right now with kids being all virtual at home

Absolutely rehome.
No crow collars aren't that effective and certainly can be dangerous even resulting in death.
Anyone using a collar is doing so for their own selfish reasons.

Get rid of the loud one, maybe both of them.
