My sex link has not stopped crowing and she, always has food, water, her buddy, leaves, and always gets plenty of roaming but she does this awful yell/crow noise and we are not supposed to have chickens which means i need her to stop any tips. Also I remember seeing this collar like thing that goes around the neck to quiet the chicken down, does this exist if so where do I find it.

Chickens are the noisiest livestock there is with the exception of a donkey.
Asking a chicken to be quiet is like asking lightning not to thunder.
Although you should post this topic within the thread I linked above.
I have so many birds that your ears will be ringing still when you come back into the house. It's all part of chicken owning. That is the reason certain areas are deed restricted and HOA's prohibit chickens. Not just the flies, but the noise.

If you're not supposed to have them, get rid of them... to avoid the possibility of a fine and damaging any chance of every having them 'legal' where you live.

..and can't resist this:
