Crowing Pullet?

So we got a couple of sexed pulleys 10 weeks ago and set up a very roomy backyard run. Recently, we’ve heard occasional crowing. Both birds were sexed and look like they’re developing into hens. What’s going on? I’m posting pics for clarity.
