But OP says that the pullet is crowing? I agree that it's a pullet, but ?????The OEGB cannot be male.
The BB cannot be female.
You have one pullet and one cockerel.
i agree she definitely is a pullet i am sure of it. and i know chet is a cockerelEither OP is hearing another chicken noise and mistaking it for a crow - it happens - or a pullet is crowing. But that's not a cockerel. Nothing will make me believe it.
The Brahma is, however.
Brahmas are larger than most standard birds, so he will be HUGE compared to a little OEGB.its pretty obvious due to the size difference which is which. chet the brahma has a pretty deep longer crow and chestnut has a quick high pitched type thing i really need to get video as this is very strange. i have had my fair share of roosters due to bad luck i guess. i am very familiar to the motion and sound of crowing and roosters in general, but this is just weird to me. i have even had hens crow but she is so young
I have a pullet that crows occasionally as well. It is rare, but it does happen. But OP says that the pullet is crowing? I agree that it's a pullet, but ?????
