crowing?

Hi! I have two cochin chicks, they are about...3 weeks old or so. They have been sexed, and are supposed to be females..but one is bigger than the other. If it's a male, when will he start crowing? Thanks!

Hi my cochin roo just started 2 days ago crowing he just turned 2 months old. My Sebright started at 6 weeks old
