Crows are protecting my flock from a hawk

I respectfully disagree. As an outdoirsman I have Never seen a hawk actively engage even one crow let alone a murder of crows.If you are a crow hunter around a farmers field, it is not unusual to use a hawk or an owl decoy to draw them in.

The crows can introduce pests like mites and lice to your flock but will usually chase off a hawk. Good luck...
