Crusty butt?

Any idea why this girl’s butt is so poopy? As far as I can tell, her vent looks healthy. She’s laying well, eating, drinking, foraging, generally being her spunky self. She’s been kind of threatening to go broody for a few days (sitting on the nest for a few hours, rolling eggs under herself, screaming and pecking if you go near her, but then getting bored after a while, likely because she’s only about 11 months old and has only been laying for two) but that’s been the only change with her recently.

What's her diet? Any fruits or vegetables recently? You may have to trim it off or give her a bath.

She generally eats layer crumbles and whatever she scavenges from our small suburban yard. No big veggie servings recently.
