Crusty eye and foaming at beak - Australorp :(

Hi everyone, I am hoping someone may have some advice...

We have four 16 week (or so) Black Australorps and noticed today that Coppertop has one eye closed and it looks scabby/dried blood but the other seems fine. Was also noticing that she is a little listless and trying to talk at which point I noticed foam within her beak. Do I clean her eye with antiseptic or perhaps just leave her be? It is hot here today - about 30deg but she seems ok - just not sure what to do.
