Crusty Eye with scab

Hi, I have a almost 3 month old millie pullet that has an eye issue going on. Its only one eye. if you look at her straight on its looks like half her face has dried dirt on her. Around the eye is black and crusty. Under her eye near her beak is what appears to be a black scab. it has been like this for over a week. Her eye is watery at times. I have been treating her with tobramycin (which was recommended to me from the feed store). She is running around, eating and drinking. Other than the eye she seems fine. She is pretty small in size and at the bottom of the pecking order. At first I thought maybe one of my other birds got to her. But after reading and researching I don't know what to think. Has anyone heard of or dealt with this? I tried getting a pic but they are sleeping right now so I will have to post one in the morning.

Yes it looks like dry fowl pox. Be sure and look inside her mouth for any abnormal whitish or yellow material that might be wet fowl pox. That can be serious and cause respiratory distress.
