Crystals on the egg?

I've noticed these hard bumpy crystal like things on one of my hens eggs. Always the same hen, and sometimes they are everywhere, other times not so much. Should I be worried that something is wrong with my girl or is this something that's normal?

No worries...its normal.

Perfectly normal. It's just extra calcium. Some hens will even have that as their "signature" and continue with such trait throughout their laying cycle.

Good to know, thanks for the info. She also happens to lay the largest eggs, and last week I got a HUGE double yolker. Just wanted to make sure she's ok
