Wolfe is explaining to 2 of the CSI agents that Horatio is still alive that it was planted cuz the federal agents know someone is out to kill him. The person who "SHOT" him was Frank as a cover up to make the ones that want Horatio dead to think he is.

Caruso IS cool and I am glad he changed from the butthead he used to be. Age does wonders for a mind.
