So now that he has given me his secret to Madelines, I am a huge hit! They are perfect! Soft and spongy, perfectly shaped, not too sweet. Proust would write another volume if he tasted these sweet little perfections. And for the adventurous, his candied bacon is amazing too. Thanks CS for the kudos I got from everyone today.
