Cuckoo in silkies?

Someone plese tell me how the cuckoo color became a silkie color?

I dont know but I have a few - they are very pretty!

The original cross was with barred cochins but some lines were developed with barred rocks and white crested cuckoo polish. The majority were from cochin though.
