Cuckoo Maran almost 3 mos old

I was convinced it was female until the tail feathers started to come in and they're curling under. I have 2 cuckoo marans and this one is slightly bigger than her sister and the feet are bigger too. The feathers are also "brighter" than the other one. Is she still a she? Hatched may 1st.

Oh and I was also told by someone that I was given crosses because the feet should be pink. One had grey feet and this one has yellow feet.

I don't think HE is %100 cuckoo Maran but I think it's a boy!

At 3 months it should have much more comb. Also should start showing saddle and hackle feathers by now. I think its a pullet. If its a cockerel, he is very slow developing.
