Cuckoo Maran cockerel....need opinions!!!

I didn't read all of the replies to your question but in my opinion he is not pure. While the cockerals/roosters are lighter than the hens anyway, this one seems too light especially in the neck. A pretty bird no doubt but a pure Cuckoo I doubt.
