Looks to be a cockerel based on the coloring - or a barred rock. Definitely not a CM pullet.

Sure hope they are cuckoo maran as I paid good money for them. Not that it matters if they are all roos

Grey but a few are grew with black lines

Yea the are cuckoo Marand. Barred rocks would have yellow legs, which means #2 is certainly a cockerel.

#1 still has the potential to be a pullet, you should know for sure in a week or two.
