Cuckoo Marans cockerel?

I have had such bad luck with getting cockerel from the “better” hatcheries… Hoovers has never done me wrong! Soooooo, is this another cockerel?

Thanks I’d rather move it on early, these were supposed to be pullets my kids are raising for summer camp fees. Make a spot for another actual pullet
