Cuckoo Marans Pullet?

Am I still a pullet? For 18 weeks I didn't doubt it...now at 20 weeks a couple really long funny curled tail feathers, but very rounded saddle feathers....am I paranoid?

I bought a Cuckoo Marans but she turned out to be a he and I had to give him away. Was so disappointed.
