Cuckoo Marans?

Anything's posible. I wouldn't sell or cull or whatever you might do if she's a he until you know for sure.

I'm new to marans, but I have some cuckoos 6 weeks old and there's a distinct difference in the color of the hens and roosters.

Based on my limited exposure, yours looks like a rooster.

I have two cockerals and 3 pullets. My cockerals are definately much lighter than the pullets. Also, my boys are not aggressive in any way. One of them is starting to crow though. My boys also have well defined combs on them where the pullet's combs are still very close to their heads.

The last one in line going inside the coop is one of my cockerals. This is an early pic. They're at least a month older now.
