Cull at what age?

I had seven chicks to hatch two months ago and the fine folks here at BYC have identified four of them as cockerels. I had my fingers crossed for at least four hens, but here we are.

I do not intend to keep any roosters and so my question today is, if I'm planning to put the unwanted birds in the freezer, at what age do I do it?

The birds are various breeds but I'm not sure if that matters.

If you don't want to use them for soup, you want to do them as early as you can, definitely before 16 weeks

So, just pick a nice day this week or the next and get it done or is there any benefit to waiting, say, another month?

The longer you wait, the bigger they get, but other than that, I'd just cull as soon as you have the time and weather
