Cull thread?

I cant seem to find the thread where it shows step by step how to cull and clean out a chicken for eating purposes. We might be making chicken soup out of our big BR rooster.

Would someone mind helping me find it, all this delicious easter left over food inside me is making me quite lazy today.

OH! and while im at it, does anyone have a delicious chicken soup recipe for me?

Quick search brought nothing. Go to the recipes forum and at the top is a sticky called Recipe Index. There is a soup section.....
