Culling Aggressive Rooster

Pics
When I had to cull a rooster a couple years ago I chose the broomstick method because no clean up was required. He died a peaceful death and was buried promptly.
I'm about to attempt this tonight at dusk with an aggressive 14 week old EE cockerel. Any tips for a first timer? Using broomstick method.

If you jerk very hard, you'll decapitate. Best technique is to pull gently till you stretch the neck, then give one sharp pull so you feel a snap. In either case, the bird will flap, but it is dead, so don't second-guess yourself and feel bad that you did it wrong.

If you had to guess, around how many seconds/minutes from pull to finish? Just trying to anticipate everything beforehand.

As quickly as possible, don't waste around thinking about it.
