they have those things called peepers that look like little sunglasses you put on chickens. No pick peepers or something like that. I think they may have them on McMurray's website. Don't know if they work or not. Maybe somebody who has used them can chime in. I think some people debeak hens that pick too.

I had a nasty little mean Buff O. She was a meanie. I gave her to another byc'er last fall and she is thriving in her new flock. It's better than culling if you don't want to cull her. I had several reports from her new mom that she is docile now. Just a suggestion.

Trim her upper beak a bunch. She can peck but not enough to do dammage.
