hi BYC!
I have a Mille fleur d'Uccle named Polly. She seems to have a respiratory illness. She has bubbly eyes, and clogged nostrils. Does anyone have any idea what to treat her with and how to treat it? Thank you!

Bubbly eyes and mucous sounds like a respiratory disease. Mycoplasma, Infectious Bronchitis, ILT and Infectious Coryza are all fairly common. http://edis.ifas.ufl.edu/ps044
Getting some testing from your STATE LAB is the only way to know for sure what you are dealing with.

Antibiotics can help with secondary infection, so you can try Tylan50 to see if that helps - dosage is .20ml per 1 pound of weight given 2-3times per day orally or by injection.
Sadly there is no cure for respiratory diseases. Birds that have been sick and those that are exposed will be carriers of the disease.

I don't think I could take Polly to the state lab. I should still try giving her Tylan50 to her though, right? Even though I don't know exactly what kind of respiratory illness she has? Also, how long do I keep giving her the Tylan50 for?

Only you can decide if she needs further care with antibiotics. Tylan50 is given for 5days in a row. It can help with secondary infections and is commonly used to treat the symptoms of Mycoplasma which is bacterial.
