Curious about my "pullets"

I have two Plymouth Barred Rocks that were supposed to be pullets, however since they were about 8 weeks old they have had very big and bright red combs and wattles, so I've been expecting them to be cockerels. They are now about 14 weeks old and I am still waiting for a sure sign. My Buff turned out to be a cockerel and he is crowing now, but no one else is crowing. If they are all three cockerels, wouldn't the other two be trying to crow? I keep going back and forth with what I think they are. They lighter one I have always suspected to be a cockerel because I read that plymouth cockerels normally are lighter in color. "He" was the runt of the bunch and therefore has always been smaller. The darker one I really can't decide what it is. Here are a few pictures of the two.

okay, thanks, now that I can see the tail better, I'm gonna say that one is a cockeral too
Now that I'm getting up close pictures, it looks like there are green colored feathers in the tail
So why aren't all three crowing? Is it normal for one cockerel to crow?

The lighter one is a cockerel, Normally Plymouth stripped barred rock cockerels have lighter coloring then the hen... So it looks like you have a cockerel and a pullet
