Curious breed and gender

i thought AT LEAST 3 cockerels IMO and no expert. awfully red combs for that age so....the one grayish one looks like a pullet tho...
I’m hoping the grey one is she is so tame and loves to be held. The white ones are not having it lol
The brown one sometimes likes to be held

At this age, the white ones could be White Plymouth Rocks, White Leghorns, or any other breed with white feathers, a single comb, and yellow legs (unless some have not-yellow legs; but all the legs I noticed in the pictures were yellow.)

For the chick you just posted photos of, my breed guesses are WRONG. I was listing breeds that do not have feathers on their legs!

Feathered legs, single comb: most likely a cochin or a cochin-cross, although some other breeds are also possible.

Thank you!

Updated pics! Chicks are 5 weeks old tomorrow. I think there are 3 hens and 2 roos. 1 white, brown and grey I think are hens and 2 whites are Roos. Thoughts? Sorry new to this so don’t know breeds yet. Refer to them by color lol

I agree about the two white ones with big combs being definitely male. The other three do look like females to me right now, but I wouldn't be entirely sure about that for at least a few more weeks, because there can be males that get their big red combs much later than others.

Thanks for the update! I don't have any new ideas about genders, but it's nice to see progress photos, and (eventually) learn what gender they turned out to be.
