so my 3 pullets are almost 11 months old. They have been averaging 2-3 eggs a day for many months now. The past two days I only got 2 eggs not really sure which one of the 2 was not giving me an egg though, (1 always gives me the “calcium” egg so I knew it wasn’t her.). And today, no one gave me an egg. Am I spoiled? No mites, they eat good, they drink good, they are dust bathing good. What gives?

Id think you're spoiled :weeare you providing an supplement for calcium? What do they eat? Breed? Sometimes they can just get "off" or be a late layer. They could also be eating soft shell ones without you noticing. I wouldnt worry too much about it but I know when I first started I was worried about EVERYTHING :th

What all and how exactly are you feeding?
Do you free range?
What breeds are they?
Is it getting hot where you are?

Unless there is a medical issue, hens will lay when they lay. Between my 3 hens I can get around 3-5 eggs per week per hen. If they take a day or two off its okay. Luckily for me I can tell everyones eggs apart so I know who is "slacking" off. It happens...

yea I think I'm spoiled. And so are they. They have oyster shell and regular egg shell on the side. They are fed some pretty good $$ food that I actually bought affordable TS food last night and they were like, "what the cluck??" They are EE and it was actually pretty cool temps these past 2 days. But this morning there was 2 eggs!!! YAY! Now if I get the 3rd egg later on today I'll be good.
