Could someone tell me what Prissy is

Please ignore the tall grass and watering bin lol, that was the first day we put them in there, that afternoon I had the grass cut down and a watering feeder. We had just finished building our coop and was not planning on chickens for another week or so and bought some spur of the moment from our feed store.

Nothing wrong with tall grass in fact chickens love it.
