Sapphire Olive Egger Rooster?!

Pullet female specific coloring (red throat/black neck vs black throat/red neck) and while developed of course, the comb is still more pink, not rooster-red

Phew! That’s great! I’ve now found 3 people who’s sapphire laid between 14 and 15 weeks so maybe I’ll get lucky. Thanks for your input!!

My red sexlinks didn’t lay till the 17/18 week mark and I was so excited cause that seemed early lol. I really don’t expect this one to lay this early but hopefully in a month!

She did it! 16 weeks today! Also…more likely a Sapphire Gem, not OE. (Pictured with my Red Sexlink eggs.)

Her comb and wattles got huge when she started laying and she’s just the sweetest. Her egg has gotten and little more tan. It’s so cute (pictured with my red sexlink’s speckled egg) and perfect. She laid 3 in her first week! So glad she ended up being a pullet
