Olive egger rooster?

Looking for help on if this is a true olive egger, and if it is a rooster or not? About 10/11 weeks old, with no crowing yet.

Yes, it is a cockerel, and it is either an olive egger or Easter egger.

Probably a cockerel but since olive egger and Easter eggers are mixed breed, there's no "true" breeding.
