Curious on breed and gender?

Hello everyone! We recently got 12 chicks. They are currently 6 weeks old. We have 6 that are all white in color and 4 of those 6 have a large red comb. Does that mean they are definitely roosters? And what breed would they be? There are also 5 brown chickens that don’t have a large comb but what looks like the beginnings of one. Any thoughts on breed? And how would you tell if those are male or female? Completely new to this lifestyle so any feedback would be helpful. Thank you in advance.

Welcome to BYC!
That big red comb and wattles say he's a cockerel.......

Your red ones are Red Sexlinks and are pullets "cockerels would be white with red wing bars of this breed". Your white ones are White Leghorns and the four with combs like this are cockerels.

I would agree with Gray Farms about the Sexlinks and White Leghorns and that is defiantly a rooster
