I hatched this Olive egger chick from Eggs i ordered from BYC. Wheaten ameraucana hen and Wheaten Marans roo. This was the ONLY hen to hatch. she seems to get around fine but is slow moving and has trouble on smooth surfaces.

Will she be able to ever merge with my flock? Will she ever be strong enough to lay? Should i cull her now (4 weeks)?

straighten them out then put a band-aid on it and trim it down so it fits the toe better. Or if you have pipe cleaners line it up with the toe and wrap tape around each toe with the pipe cleaner.

She should be fine. Did you notice those toes earlier, or is this something new? I would keep her off of smooth surfaces, tho. She'll have a difficult time on those.

Is the problem the foot or is it the whole leg? Those toes dont look bad enough to make her stumble.

They looked odd early but it seemed to be just the claw turned inward, but it seems to have gotten worse the past few days. The "knee" seems larger than the good foot and it doe angle out to the side.
I have not yet taped her toes because I work long days this week. I will tape them tonight and i will be home tomorrow to keep an eye on her. She is with her only hatch mate that is clearly a rooster. She is eating fine and growing.
My concern is that I’m in a no rooster zone- and my other hens are all full grown- so this little hen will be alone to merge with the flock. I was afraid she won’t be able to keep up or get pecked at.

Id sure give her a chance. If she's eating, drinking, getting around, Id wait. Try and keep her off of slippery floors, tho, since that will make it more difficult for her.
