My chicken George isn’t walking. I’ve tried vitamin b complex. She is eating and drink. Please help

How long has she been like this? How long have you tried the Vit B complex? Are there any other symptoms? I would continue with the Vit B ( riboflavin or Vit B 2 to be specific) treatment.

I am taking her to the Vet in the morning. I am very sad about... The other chicken's are ignoring her. I feel so bad...
