Yes I meant what breeds. I did see that about the shoes. I was worried since it was so so small though if it would work for a quail. I messaged My Shire farm where I your then from and asked if I could do anything and they said no. My chicken hatched Sunday morning and I had 7 quails hatch yesterday, they started hatching Saturday. And then nothing yesterday, how long do I wait before I give up on the rest of the eggs?

I would candle the rest of the eggs. I'll list my breeds, hang on, it will take a few minutes lol.

I have : 8 Bobwhite quail, (4 males 4 females) 7 chickens, 2 mixed breed hens, 1 black australorp hen, 1 silver laced wyandotte hen, 1 blue laced red wyandotte pullet, 1 partridge cochin pullet, and 1 buff brahma bantam rooster. I also have one pearl guinea hen. I have one mixed breed goose. I don't remember what the parents were. Last summer I had a lot of ducks, over 80. I had mostly mallards. People kept bringing me eggs from their ducks, and wanting me to incubate them. Apparently incubators are rare here, lol. They paid me about 5 dollars for each duckling, so it was a good little business. I'm kinda excited to have more this year, but not 80 again, that was a ton of work. Here are some pics. I don't have too many on my laptop.
