Curled toes

OK, I know I should have done this before now, but tonight I put chick shoes on my chick with the curled toes. She's coming up on 4 weeks. She was really good about my putting it on her feet. How long should she need to wear the shoes? Should I separate her and possibly a friend for company from the other 4 chicks?

She seems to be developing normally and is keeping up with the other chicks. I don't know where to get chicken vitamins. If that would be something that would help her.

Has anyone ever used vet wrap to straighten out the toes?

Vet wrap has too much play in it...you need the stiffness of the plastic.

Duct tape might be strong enough... cut square and place foot with toes in correct postition and press firmly on to the tape . Then cut another square and put on top of that pressing firmly and trim to shape. If necessary you can add support to that . Give POLYVISOL (childrens liquid vitamins) threee drops in beak once a day for a week then taper off the next.
