I think Ill work on that. Im going to try 3.00 a dozen here. Pickeld quail eggs go for 15.00 a jar here.

Our Asian market sells them for $2 a dozen, which means they purchased them for less than that from the grower. Maybe the restaurants are paying more, but there are too many hobby growers around for anyone to make any money at it.

In Reality This Is A Moot Point Or Faulty Question.... The Fact Is That Something Is Only Worth What The Next Guy Is Willing To Pay For It... And That Varies Greatly From 1 Area To The Next. We Frequently See These Questions Posted Here Like How Much Is This Bird Worth Or How Much For Eggs... The Ugly Truth Is That There May Be Absolutely No Market Whatsoever For The Item In Your Area... Or The Local Market Over-saturated. So Really There's No Good Way For Most To Answer This Accurately. I Guess What I'm Saying Is That Price Is A "try And See" Sort Of Local Thing...
