Current Movies - Thumbs UP or Thumbs DOWN

I had planned to walk (11 miles round trip) to see Fury Road but, when my alarm went off after only 3 hours sleep, I decided maybe I could see the movie another time.

Hey Drumstick Diva, have you seen The Hundred Foot Journey?, it really is worth watching. My favourite show for laughs of all time was Wild Hogs I saw it on the plane to the UK (long trip) and laughed so much I kept the whole plane awake. Saw it again recently and still laughed as much.

Eggsie, I can't do inclines but, walking on flat - I can go for hours (with many pit stops) so that kinda limits where I can walk. I'm not fast either and around 7 miles the blisters start showing up. I'm out of practice. I used to walk nearly 7 days every week - when I did that constantly I didn't get many bad blisters or shin splints.

I figure once you are on the ridge, it is all about not falling down.
I doubt I could do more than a week at a time, because I have animals. Asking someone to move into your house and care for your animals is ok for a week. But after 6 months, how do you get them to go away?
And I am not that confident of my animals' loyalties.
",,,But, But.. you belong to ME!

Whoop Whoop I forgot you for a bit, sorry. My sister and her grown daughter saw that movie and they liked it very much. They loved Wild Hogs too and got me a Wild Hogs t-shirt - I think it was because they shot the movie in NM and my sister lives there. She is always promoting NM.

I know what you mean about inclines. I had a hip redone because I fly so much got a clot and they only picked it up when the bone had died completley. I forget it sometimes, untl I kneel down then realise I can't get up! and climbing over the rocks to get to the pond I get stuck - but Zenky my dog) always comes to help me he is so strong I pull myself by him. I actually love that movie K9 but it seems to be out of production we have a very bad copy but its still fun to watch. Wish I could get to NM without flying, there is that special cactus 'grandiflora' which is wonderful for bad chests - smoking!!!! can't help it addicted.

Sorry this is in the wrong place for this

Started watching the miniseries 'Texas Rising' on History channel last night, really good! Thought it was funny Santa Anna named one of his chickens Sam Houston.
