The final scenes of "Sicario" -- the dinner interruption -- was filmed in my town!

We actually have a lot of film activity here in NM since the tax incentives for filming became VERY inticing. (We're known as Tamalewood.) I imagine since NetFlix moved here -- they bought a studio complex in ABQ just last year -- we'll be seeing even more. Loving it!
 
ron did you guess where the gun was hidden??? He was in a series before that called
"The Wire," as a drug pusher. But it's not on Netflix so I haven't been able to see it.

P.S. I love Alice even though(or maybe because) she is just plain NUTS!! She has even been in programs in this country for years but, I didn't know her. Well tho, she is a Redhead and very petite, so there is THAT!

Sunday finally saw "Captain Marvel." My brother fell asleep during the first part which was very boring. I nudged him and said if he wanted to leave - so did I . He looked on his end, I looked at mine and too many people sitting on both sides of our row. Didn't want to walk in front of them and maybe stomp on their feet, so we stayed seated.

Turned out the last half of the movie was much better, there were two bonus scenes after the credits. My brother and I both rate it a 3.5 out of possible 4 rating.

I loved CM. I agree, the last half was better, and less confusing that the first. Glad you stayed to see the whole thing :)

How massive a crush you ask? I won't even go see some new movies he is in as a bad guy. I know he will be great but, if they kill him, I'd never recover.

Have you seen Infinity War?
 
Today we saw "Penguins". More anthropomorphizing than I care for, but some really neat footage. All is not kind in nature, and Princess did not care for the Skua and Leopard Seal sequences. For a bird/nature lover this is a pretty good film. I'll go 3 stars, and the Princess goes 2.5.
