Maybe but 13 Ghosts would have been fun in 3D... Actually it was 3D.. My cousin was jumping up an down like a fool in the middle of the theater an screaming obscenities at the screen... That added a 3ed dimension to it for the whole theater.

OK, so what's y'all's verdict on 3D? Aside from when I was a kid with a kaleidoscope, the only 3D (aside from real life) I've ever watched was Avatar in IMAX... I kinda enjoyed it, but it left me feeling queezy for several hours afterwards, along with a rather long lived mild headache. Pretty sure it was the combination of 3D vision with hours of pounding noise... Anyway, as a result, I will NOT buy a 3D TV and really have no interest in seeing another 3D movie...
What say you?
Edit: Apologize, there was one other time at the 3D surround vision at Disney World (LONG before IMAX). That was so real they had rails so folks wouldn't fall over. They were needed! But that was short duration and didn't affect me physically in a major negative way. (yes, I needed the rails too)
Bought and watched San Andreas yesterday. Went back a few pages but couldn't find any other reviews.
Typical feelgood movie about family relationships damaged and then repaired through tribulation. The Rock was his usual beastly self. Mom and daughter (don't know the actresses names) were pretty hot. I watched it primarily for the special effects (earth quakes maybe?) and they didn't disappoint. Overall a pretty entertaining flick. I'll watch it again, and for $14.99 (plain old DVD, no blue ray, no 3d) it's worth it.
Waiting for Oct 20th so I can buy/watch Jurassic World. again, special effects interest.

I don't like 3D either, it's too overwhelming--it gives me a headache.I'm not a big fan of 3 D, but like Latestarter I really enjoyed "Avatar" in 3 D.
